Returns and exchanges will be accepted to a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the order. The buyer will need to inform us of his willingness to return an item within 10 days after receipt of his order to start the return process.

Will will get back to you within 24 hours with a return slip. This slip will need to be printed and shipped with the returned order.

It is imperative to include the return slip with any return or exchange. Please do not send us anything without receiving our approval (return slip). Orders sent back without a return slip will not be accepted.

You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as LAXStreetwear.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. We do not refund return shipping fees or other charges associated with the return. These fees and charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returned items must be sent back new, unworn and unwashed. They must be returned in their original packaging with manufacturer’s tags still attached. Sorry, but we’re unable to take back personal items such as boardshorts and underwear.

When returning shoes, please do not use the manufacturer’s box as a shipping box. All of our shoes are sent with their original box, please send them back the same way, in their original state. Footwear returns will not be accepted unless both the shoes and shoebox are undamaged.

Information specific to returns/refunds:
The refund will be issued within 8 days after receipt of your return. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. The refund amount will be credited to your bank account with 2 or 3 days of the issued refund date. LAXStreetwear can refund you only for the merchandise returned. We are unable to refund any shipping fees, tariffs or other taxes that were paid at any point during the online checkout or delivery of your order.

Information specific to exchanges:
Exchanges will be sent within 8 days after receipt of your return. We will send you an email notification when your new items will ship. Shipping costs related to the exchange process will be the buyer’s responsibility both ways : (buyer => LAXStreetwear) and (LAXStreetwear => buyer).

If the returned item(s) do not meet the above conditions, they will not be accepted nor exchanged.
